An Irish Christmas

CLG presents a Christmas concert by candlelight 7pm, Fri, Dec 21. It features a selection of music, songs, stories and poetry with a distinctly Irish flavour. The focus is on Christian and Celtic traditions that have been handed down through the generations. There will be performances by uilleann piper Éanna Harrington, a harp trio led by Shelly O'Grady, poets Máire Ní Bhriain and Fintan Murphy, singers Ann Marie Corcoran and Melanie O'Reilly, musicians David Creevy (guitar), James McIntyre (guitar) and Alice McIntyre (fiddle) and acapella group Credo with pianist Conor Murphy. No adm charge. Voluntary donations to the 4 Day Fast Appeal.
